About me

I’ve been through the cycle many times of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and wanting to lose a few kilos. I’ve held several demanding office jobs but realized I couldn’t continue living that way. Personally, I’ve experienced periods of both overweight and underweight, as well as times of high stress. Over time, I’ve built a foundation that allows me to live more aligned with my core values. Strength training was the catalyst that started this journey—not the root cause, but the motivation to learn to live in a way that makes me feel my best.

After completing my MSc in Advanced Economics & Finance, I worked in several demanding roles, just trying to get through each week as best as I could. Taking care of myself was challenging, but the one moment I truly felt I was dedicating time to myself was at the gym. That’s where I learned how to balance a busy working life with what has since become my top priority: training! Now, many years later, I see that exercise is essential for maintaining balance in my life.

After years of training and experimenting, I found what works best for me in terms of training, nutrition, and recovery. Strength training became the trigger for my behavioral change, which was essential to building healthy habits and routines. Training and movement bring me so much mental and physical energy that I wouldn’t want to live without it. I want everyone to experience that feeling!

In 2024, I personally experienced what it feels like to lose the ability to walk due to a recurring hernia and chronic pain. Ultimately, two surgeries were needed, followed by months of recovery. My years of experience dealing with pain (as a client), along with coaching and the lessons I’ve learned from these challenges, have elevated my coaching to a higher level. Are you struggling with physical pain? Let’s explore how I can help you. The goal is for you to regain control over your own body!

I believe that a healthier population makes for a better society. It’s my mission to contribute to this vision of living together in a healthier way.

We’re living longer than ever, but are we spending those final years happily? Will we still be able to carry our groceries, play with our grandchildren, or get up from a chair on our own? Do you sometimes feel like you’d like to lose a few kilos, feel a bit more toned, or simply have more energy and feel fitter throughout the day? You may already know what it takes to achieve this—or maybe not. Wherever your starting point, we’ll work together to build sustainable habits in training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset.

This, in essence, is what I do: I provide you with the tools and practical guidance to live a fit and healthy life independently, in a way that works for you in the long term.

In addition, I bring personal experience with neurodiversity. In short, my brain works a bit differently from that of 90% of the population. How does this affect my coaching?

I’m passionate about creating a tailored, individualized training program for you that includes different phases and aligns with your goals. I also thoroughly enjoy mapping out your starting point and designing the path toward your ultimate goal. Taking your current lifestyle and habits into account, I guide you step-by-step along the way, ensuring you reach your goal with as much enjoyment as possible!

I use my strong eye for detail to teach you how to train with high-quality movement. I do this through personal training, technique sessions, and, during my online coaching program, we work with video analyses.

As a personal trainer, I feel a deep commitment to my clients. My goal is not only to assist with exercises but also to truly understand who they are and what they want to achieve. By carefully listening to their goals and any limitations, I can create a personalized training plan that perfectly suits their needs and lifestyle.

I find it important to motivate my clients, not only during training but also outside of it. My role goes beyond physical training; I aim to be a source of positivity and encouragement. It’s incredibly rewarding to see people grow, not only in strength and fitness but also in self-confidence.

My commitment is reflected in my passion for their success. I believe in my clients and help them believe in their own abilities. It’s an incredibly fulfilling feeling to watch them achieve their goals, knowing I’ve contributed to their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
