In fact, strength training is essential for countering the effects of aging! It plays a crucial role in maintaining bone density, muscle mass, flexibility, and balance—all of which decline without regular strength training.

What results can the 12-week online coaching program deliver?

Results vary from person to person, as everyone starts from a unique point. Perhaps strength training is completely new to you. Or maybe you’ve been hitting the gym for years but still haven’t achieved the results you’re aiming for. Maybe you’ve worked on your health in the past but eventually slipped back into old, unwanted habits.


In our 12-week online coaching, we work together to build sustainable habits in training, recovery, nutrition, and mindset.

In essence, this is what I do: I provide you with the tools and practical guidance to live a fit and healthy life independently, in a way that works for you in the long run.

Approach

I work step-by-step because adopting new habits requires effort, mental energy, and time. Gradually, we’ll introduce more elements into the coaching process, at a pace that aligns with your lifestyle, priorities, needs, and goals. This approach covers three main areas: training, recovery, and nutrition.

The program is generally structured around the following topics:

  • Weeks 1-4: Training and recovery factors
  • Weeks 5-8: Nutrition
  • Weeks 9-12: Mindset and habit formation

However, the pace varies from person to person and may differ from this timeline. I always ensure a personalized approach, with a timeline that suits your lifestyle, practical possibilities, preferences, goals, and priorities. And even then, the plan is not fixed—we’ll continue adjusting as needed.
